Shipping policy
All SkiceDrop products are made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, after which your order ships.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-6 business days
- USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships. Orders may arrive in separate packages if they contain different product types — you won't pay extra shipping for that.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
